Service calls or emergencies

You can forward all requests to the concierge service via email at service@nuvoquartier.com.

Regular service hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.

For urgent service calls outside of regular hours, please text 418 440-7492.

Urgent requests include:

  • Major plumbing leaks
  • Malfunctioning locks on access doors or garage doors
  • Major electrical issues

If there is a medical emergency or a fire, dial 911 immediately.

Power outages

In case of a power outage, please contact Hydro-Québec at 1 800 790-2424 or visit Hydro-Québec’s outage page: http://pannes.hydroquebec.com/pannes/.

Snow removal

Snow removal for common areas and parking spaces is managed by NUVO Quarter 1.

The designated snow removal team typically makes an initial pass early in the morning and finishes later in the day.

To clear your outdoor parking spot, please move your vehicle to the cleared area early in the morning to allow for better cleaning.

During a snowstorm, please be patient and understanding. Operators do their best to tackle the elements and ensure everyone’s safety.

If an operator accidentally damages your vehicle, please report it promptly by email to service@nuvoquartier.com with a clear photo attached.

Hydro-Québec responsibility transfer

Once you know your move-in date, please contact Hydro-Québec to set up your account and ensure the continuity of your electricity service.

If the new tenant has not made this subscription request, Hydro-Québec may disconnect the service.

Rent payment and payment methods

You can use one of the following payment methods for your rent:

  • Automatic payments (please complete the DPA form and return it to us)
  • Bank transfers or Interac
  • Submit a series of post-dated checks for the upcoming year

Intercom management

The intercom system provides visitor access control.

Here’s how it works:

  • You will receive a call from 418 821-0164 directly on your phone.
  • This will allow you to identify your visitors and grant or deny access to your home.
  • To unlock the front door, press button 9. The line will automatically disconnect, and the door will open.

Please note that the intercom is paired with the phone number you provided us.

Entrance door management

To secure access to the building between 11 PM and 6 AM, the entrance doors leading to the lobby will be locked. Please use your electronic key to enter.

For security, we kindly ask that you:

  • Verify the identity of anyone calling you via the intercom before opening the door.
  • Properly secure the door when using the main entrance.
  • Close the garage door behind you.
  • Do not open the door to non-residents.
